Your privacy is important to us at Humanistic Therapy NW, LLC (“HTNW,” “we,” “us,” and/or “our”), and this policy represents our commitment to safeguard and protect your personal information. This policy governs use of https://collectivehealthnw.com and the Collective Health NW Listserv (collectively the “Listserv”), which is provided by HTNW. This Privacy Policy governs our collection of information from you (“you,” “your” or a “user”) through your use of the Listserv. It does not apply to any information you may provide to us through other means, including via mail or telephone. We don’t like spam any more than you do, and we will not share your personal information to be used for the purpose of sending you unsolicited commercial offers.

We will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of the Listserv, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
